The media moguls try to get us to hang onto their every word by telling us that each news segment is, “Breaking News.” It’s not all “Breaking News.” It’s their way of training our taste buds to keep coming back for more or to never leave. We need to step away from the TV. You are so right. Our brains, our bodies, our spirits need a break.”
